Customer Care Programme on the Actavis Academy
|
Actavis has launched the Actavis Customer Care Programme as part of the Actavis Academy - a free training programme to help the ongoing training and development of pharmacy staff.
The Customer Care Programme offers training on OTC products in the Actavis portfolio. It has been designed with your needs in mind. From ailment overviews to customer scenarios, to outlines of our products and their benefits, the information is presented in an interesting and user friendly way.
It is intended to be helpful and give pharmacy staff the knowledge to enable them to provide professional and high quality advice to customers. The Programme includes the following modules:
Cymex – Cold sores
Gastrocote – Heartburn & Indigestion
First Resort – Pain relief
Electrolade – Dehydration due to acute diarrhoea
Sominex – Sleep problems
