GSK - pharmacy pain consultations with free Panadol podcasts

GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare is encouraging pharmacists and their assistants to take 10 minutes out to add value to their pain consultations with the help of a free podcast delivered by the Panadol brand.

The podcast is the first of a series of initiatives based on the idea that “it’s the Little Difference that makes a Big Difference’, which aims to support pharmacy in the pain category.

The 10-minute pain podcast is delivered in a ready-to-use, listen-only/disposable MP3 player. It has been designed for use with the whole pharmacy team, as an efficient way of training staff - and additional headphone covers are provided.

Featuring expert interviews and case studies, the podcast will support pharmacy and their staff in crafting an added value consultation that will keep customers coming back again and again for advice, recommendations and sales.

The free podcasts will be available upon request through trade advertising, direct-mailed reply paid cards, on GSK’s pharmacy community website - www.MyPharmAssist.co.uk - or by calling 0800 783 3927.
