The Scheme, sponsored by NHS England Chief Pharmaceutical Officer Dr Keith Ridge, is open to pharmacists aspiring to develop a range of leadership positions in the future and welcomes applications from all sectors with full GPhC registration.
It provides opportunities for pharmacists to spend one year working closely with the most senior leaders and teams in national healthcare organisations. Fellows will be able to develop a range of skills including leadership and management, research and analysis, communications, collaboration, project management and policy development.
Applicants must have completed a minimum of three full revalidation cycles and do not hold or have held a formal, established senior leadership role.
Applications can be submitted online and the deadline is 9.00 PM, March 18, 2020.
