Phonix UK has said its recently launched ‘Hey Pharmacist’ brand will undergo a series of developments that will provide Numark members with an end-to-end online repeat prescription proposition, helping them to offer best-in-class digital capability to compete with distance selling pharmacies.

The newly rebranded prescription service will blend online convenience with access to local pharmacy – reinforcing the link between the patient and their local healthcare professional. We will not have online patients or in store patients, we will simply have patients.

The development pathway reaches its next milestone in October, where Numark members will be able to offer a collection service and will be provided with the support to actively on-board patients in store. 

As part of this development, we will be trialling patient on boarding resources to ensure we are providing members will the tools to maximise the opportunity for patient engagement.

Further development will then take place and by Q1 2022, members will be able to offer all ‘Hey Pharmacist’ patients both a collection and delivery service and have full visibility and management of orders and the patient journey.

Numark has also committed to significant investment in a national marketing campaign on behalf of members to drive patients to the online service and therefore to their local Numark Pharmacy.

Hey Pharmacist uses a bright, positive, and fresh colour palette complementing the existing Numark brand colours. The use of the conversational, ‘Hey’ reinforces the familiar, friendly, and human connection that expert health professionals bring.

Accessible and simple to use, the newly branded app from Numark will deliver a personal prescription service with face-to-face expertise people want, need and expect from community pharmacy.
