The Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) has released guidelines for pharmacy contractors to claim their Covid-19-related payments and advises when each payment will be made.

The table below provides claim details and other information for the agreed Covid-19 related payments.

PSNC further said: “The contractors who remained open on Good Friday and Easter Monday as per a local agreement with NHSE&I should only claim for payment for up to three hours per day based on the number of hours they were open.

“If the pharmacies were open for more than three hours, the balance should be claimed from the regional team as per local agreement.”

Pharmacy contractors must not duplicate claims for the same opening hours by claiming on MYS and through local arrangements.

Pharmacy contractors should use the NHS Business Services Authority’s (NHSBSA’s) Manage Your Service (MYS) portal to claim for the Easter Bank Holiday opening and the Advanced Pandemic Delivery Service, PSNC stated.
