The Pharmaceutical Services negotiating Committee (PSNC) and the Community Pharmacy IT Group (CP ITG) have jointly launched a survey to gather feedback about the sector’s IT infrastructure.

The survey aims to hear the views of community pharmacy teams as well as those working in multiple group head offices who may complete the survey in relation to specific pharmacies.

“All responses will be anonymous and the results will be shared with Patient Medication Record (PMR) system suppliers,” PSNC said in an update to community pharmacy.

The survey should take up to 10 minutes to complete, depending on the answers of the respondents.

The survey will help shape the IT priorities of the CP ITG and system suppliers. PSNC and the CP ITG would like to hear the views of all community pharmacy contractors to bring new changes in the sector.
