B&S Group treats loyal customers to fun-filled appreciation day

Attendees at the B&S Group Southern Customer Appreciation Day.

Over 200 guests took part in the B&S Group Southern Customer Appreciation Day took place during the 24th and 25th of July at The Grove in Watford.

With a 25-year legacy, B&S Group has been a leader in meeting the UK's pharmaceutical needs and supporting independent pharmacies.


As one of the largest short-line pharmaceutical distributors in the UK, it has an extensive delivery network that reaches 5000 pharmacies and hospitals each day, supplying over seven million packs of generics.

The company also holds over 1000 Parallel Import (PI) licenses from 22 countries.

To show their appreciation to their customers, B&S Group hosted an action-packed day that saw guests take part in a round of golf, relaxing spa and evening dinner that was filled with music, dancing and prizes.

Guests took part in a competitive day of golf.

The day proved to be a great opportunity to build meaningful connection between customers, suppliers and B&S Group employees.

It was the second customer appreciation day with the first taking place last December to celebrate the company's 25th anniversary and was attended by over 600 guests.

The evening was filled with singing, dancing, and prizes.

“We have been building our business for 26 years and our customers have been the key to our success. We wanted to show them how much we truly appreciate them for their continued support over all these years with us,” said Alpa Hathi, B&S Group Chief People Officer (CPO).
