The Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee will host a wellbeing workshop for community pharmacy teams at 7.30pm on March 29.
The workshop is being organised by community pharmacy charity Pharmacist Support who have an extensive experience in the wellbeing arena.
Pharmacist Support will be offering their 'Stress Management and Building Resilience' workshop, which includes the science behind stress and anxiety and its effect, an insight into how our mindset can impact our wellbeing, and techniques for dealing with feelings of pressure. It has been designed specifically with those working in pharmacy in mind.
Attendees can expect an event packed with information and tools to help better manage stress and everyday pressures, specifically tailored to the pharmacy workforce’s needs.
The free online workshop will last around an hour and involves interactive activities for attendees as well as learning.
This is the second time PSNC has hosted such a workshop, following a successful event in February.
