Rowlands Pharmacy figures in the UK’s Top 100 Employers list published by the Financial Times, with independent research conducted by Statista.
The annual ranking is based on extensive research and anonymous feedback from employees across a wide range of sectors, assessing factors such as workplace culture, trust in leadership, opportunities for development, and willingness to recommend an employer to others.
The pharmacy chain figures 87th in the list with a score of 85.20.
