McKesson UK names Chris Keen as CFO

McKesson UK today announced the appointment of Chris Keen as its Chief Finance Officer (CFO).

In this new role, Keen will oversee the financial operations of all McKesson UK businesses including LloydsPharmacy, AAH Pharmaceuticals and John Bell and Croyden.

He will directly report to CEO Toby Anderson and form part of the company’s Executive Leadership team.

Commenting on his new role, Keen said: “I’m delighted to be joining such a customer-centric organisation. I’m looking forward to being part of the business that is a leading partner in the transformation of healthcare in the UK. There are many challenges facing the sector now, not least from a funding perspective, but I’m hoping my experience can help accelerate the many exciting growth areas”.

Keen has 26 years’ experience within the retail – working in sectors ranging from leisure to healthcare. Most recently, he was the Group CFO for Holland & Barrett, previous to which he worked at Boots.

McKesson UK CEO, Toby Anderson, said: “Chris is an accomplished senior executive, having worked in both the wholesale and retail sectors. His experience and breadth of knowledge will be extremely valuable for our business. I’m confident he will be able to help us successfully navigate our current and future challenges”.
