We are immensely proud of the work we do here at Wardles.

For those who don’t know who we are, Wardles, previously known as Donald Wardle and Sons Limited, provide wholesale distribution and retail of medical and surgical supplies. Wardles is a Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC) dealing in all things Part IX.

We have been working alongside Pharmacies and Dispensing Doctor practices across the UK for over 40 years as trusted partners, sharing a wealth of knowledge.

Lauren Price is sales manager at Wardles

Operating using the Agency scheme, customers can send us their Part IX prescriptions to order, and we reimburse them with the extra fees which they do not qualify for from the NHS. This fee is known as an infrastructure payment and is only payable to DACs.

The surgical market is now growing by around 9% annually and practices are able to earn an extra £2.40 per line on surgicals by using a DAC, which comes with the added benefit of not only not having to outlay any cash, but you are also not subject to clawback.

We are now proud to announce details of a host of improvements to our product and service offer which are now available. These include:

  • Launch of a brand-new online FP portal, for all Wardles Agency orders.
  • Newly stocking a wide range of over 50 emollients, which are available on the Wardles Agency scheme, including Cetraben, Epaderm, Zerobase and more.

This is in addition to a host of existing benefits and order capabilities which include a range of over 8,000 products in stock, free next day delivery (subject to availability and cut off times) and a dedicated account manager to ensure you get the support you need.
