Entrepreneur Anish Singh Majhu has announced that acquisition of Rightdose Pharmacy, a community pharmacy based in the Kirkton area of Dundee, Scotland and revived the Apple Pharmacy brand, started by his father Sanjay Majhu.

In a LinkedIn post, Anish Majhu stated that the newly acquired pharmacy will be known as Apple Pharmacy, Kirkton.

He described the acquisition as a "significant milestone personally in my journey" and thanked Bonar Mercer and the team at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP for their legal advice, Douglas Paton and Gregor Bell at BJM Accountancy Group for financial advice, and Bank of Scotland for backing this project.

Anish Majhu also thanked Kasim and Ameen Gulzar "For giving me the opportunity to take this pharmacy over and making the process as smooth as possible."

In a separate LinkedIn post, Sanjay Majhu wrote, "Very proud my son Anish Singh Majhu has done his first solo deal to acquire Dundee and bring back brand Apple Pharmacy."

Recalling his entrepreneurial journey, he stated, "I started Apple Pharmacy on a kitchen table in 2002 and when we had some bank problems circa 2012 and were forced to sell a few shops - I decided not to expand again using the name I felt I had sold (Steve Jobs may be turning in his grave lol)."

Welcoming Anish's move to reestablish Apple, he thanked all the stakeholders who worked to make it happen.
