The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has urged the community pharmacies across England to complete the mandatory 2025/26 Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework (CPAF) screening questionnaire by the end of this month.
The screening questionnaire, which opened on July 1, is available through the NHSBSA’s Manage Your Service portal at: www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/mys.
Community pharmacies are advised to complete the questionnaire by 11:59 pm on July 31.
The questionnaire plays a vital role in how commissioners ensure that contractors are compliant with their responsibilities under the contractual framework.
Integrated Care Boards will use the questionnaire results to determine which pharmacies should be considered for contract monitoring visits or asked to complete the full CPAF questionnaire as part of ongoing quality assurance.
