- Survey open to all locum pharmacists, member or not
- The goal is to call out poor employers and drive systemic change by 27 October
The Pharmacists’ Defence Association (PDA) has stepped in to investigate the reasons for unpaid locum invoices, with the active participation of locum pharmacists in their surveys.
The investigation is a result of identifying severe underpayments, poor behaviours and standards towards locum pharmacists, taking place in various pharmacy businesses.
Their second survey launched today (29), will allow pharmacists to express their concerns confidently and anonymously.
The latest survey will call out poor employers and influence stakeholders to support this initiative by PDA to help struggling pharmacists.
The service by the PDA is open for all locum pharmacists, irrespective of the need for PDA membership.
The PDA has urged the participants to circulate the survey to their fellow pharmacists to expose the harsh realities of pharmacy and enhance the work environment of locum pharmacists.
The survey will end on October 27.
