Pharmacy2U has hit a new milestone by scaling up its automation at its Bardon storage facility.
In a LinkedIn post the company informed that the warehouse has been integrated with SAVOYE’s X-PTS shuttle system, a high-performance order picking system, via their partner Logistex.
The new system will help Pharmacy2U to serve over 1.6 million patients with speed, reliability, and traceability.
Kevin Heath, CEO of Pharmacy2U said, “The X-PTS shuttle is the ideal storage and picking solution for slow-moving medicines.”
He said this will improve the company’s overall performance and benefit the patients.
