Agilio Software has made three senior appointments that will help the healthcare operations software provider expand is presence across the dental, primary care, pharmacy and veterinary sectors.
The new hires are Tom Cornwell, chief financial officer (CFO), Bruce Fair, chief revenue officer (CRO), and Mike Osborn, chief customer officer (CCO).
This marks a significant investment in Agilio’s growth strategy, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, and continued organic growth.
Tom Cornwell, brings more than a decade of financial leadership and growth expertise from The Access Group, where he helped scale the company from £60 million to £1.2 billion through strategic M&A and sustainable expansion.
Bruce Fair is joining Agilio permanently, following a successful consulting period. He has a strong track record in scaling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) and digital platforms, and global experience across the UK, USA and Australia.
Fair will accelerate Agilio’s revenue growth and international reach.
Mike Osborn is a seasoned leader in healthcare and technology, and is known for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
At OneAdvanced, he drove significant organic growth through customer-centric innovation.
These appointments complement Agilio’s existing executive team, led by CEO Ben Betts and CMO Mike Beech, ensuring a blend of continuity and new perspective as the company moves into its next chapter.
