Three community pharmacies in Cheshire and the West Midlands were sold following an administration process to an independently owned pharmacy chain for an undisclosed price, according to property adviser Christie & Co.
The three pharmacies, Westminster Park Pharmacy and Owens Chemist, both located in Chester, and A Karims Pharmacy in Walsall, had all recently closed prior to the acquisition.
FRP Advisory was appointed as the administrator in September 2026.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Board at Christie & Co, the pharmacies have been sold to RJR Chem Ltd, led by brothers Jaspal and Ricky Rahania.
The acquisition shows RJR Chem Ltd’s confidence to invest in community pharmacy and further expand its delivery of accessible, patient-centric services across Cheshire and the West Midlands.
