To promote vaccination and eradicate vaccine hesitancy from the community, the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) has kickstarted a campaign called #ValuingVaccines.

The Covid-19 digital campaign was launched on Monday (April 26) to address vaccine hesitancy. This was carried out in the World Immunisation Week where the ABPI launched Phase Two of its social media campaign.

Since Covid-19 has shone a spotlight on the pharmaceutical industry like never before, the ABPI’s campaign aims to highlight the important work of companies in research and development (R&D) and manufacture of vaccines. It also aims to support public health communications to help address vaccine hesitancy questions.

The campaign is all set to go live across all social media pages including Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as ABPI’s new Instagram channel.
