NHS England and NHS Improvement have announced the launch of this year’s Pharmacy Advice Campaign.

The nine-week campaign, set to begin on 20 January, is part of overarching ‘Help Us, Help You’ campaign.

It will encourage the public to visit the local pharmacy for advice and support on minor illness managing, with a focus on earache, itchy eye and sore throat.

Resources, which include a briefing sheet and two posters, will be sent to community pharmacies with the regular supplies from a Healthcare Distribution Association (HDA) member in the next few weeks while other downloadable materials are available on the Public Health England’s Campaign Resource Centre.
