Rishi Solan appointed to MedTate board of directors

London-based nutraceutical firm MedTate has appointed lawyer Rishi Solan to the company’s board of directors.

Solan, an experienced finance lawyer by profession, currently practises in the London office of healthcare and life sciences specialised law firm DAC Beachcroft.

With a background in transactional work, he also advises both private and publicly listed companies, start-ups and entrepreneurs, on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

Solan holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Warwick.
