They had found two dozen bottles of liquid codeine in his vehicle.
The police had stopped the car as the lights were not on.
Additionally, they also found large quantities of cash and multiple phones during their searches.
A couple of hours later in Bestwood, a 24-year-old man was apprehended with bags full of Class B drugs. The officers also found a burner-style phone nearby.
He was trying to sell drugs and tried to flee when the police car approached him.
