The new hub will provide education and guidance around the 48 recognised signs of menopause.
It is the first time an online pharmacy in the UK has embedded menopause support and education system into its shopping and healthcare experience.
Pharmacy2U head of digital services Melanie King said: “Partnering with GenM allows us to bring together a comprehensive menopause-friendly offering in one place, alongside educational resources that empower women to make informed choices about the products and support available to them.”
GenM CEO and co-founder Heather Jackson added, “Women are increasingly turning online first for menopause support, yet too often the experience can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. The MTick was created to change that, giving women a trusted shopping symbol to identify products that can help support their menopause signs with confidence."
“Our research shows women can name only five of the 48 signs of menopause, so this hub is about far more than products alone. It’s about trusted education, clearer signposting, and showing what becomes possible when retail commits to understanding and supporting the menopausal consumer. This is the MTick in action, bringing confidence, clarity and trust at every step of the menopause journey,” she added.
Leeds-based Pharmacy2U recently crossed the 2 million patients milestone and has launched a new app and health hub.
