Contractors are reminded to ensure they verify and, where necessary, update the information contained in their NHS website profile and their Directory of Services (DoS) profile by the end of the month, i.e. June 30.

It is a community pharmacy ‘terms of service’ requirement to do this at least once each quarter of the financial year, according to Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee, who further advise that even if there have been no changes during the financial quarter, contractors should still verify this information as it would help in creating a record that can act as an evidence to NHS England and NHS Improvement.

The financial quarters for 2021-22 are 1st April to 30th June, 1st July to 30th September, 1st October to 31st December, and 1st January to 31st March.
