This pharmacy is on the market with an asking price of £1.6 million.
The Neath Road pharmacy handles around 9,000 items per month. It is also management-run and comes with a freehold option that includes a two-bedroom apartment above. Both locations benefit from easy M4 connectivity between Cardiff and Swansea.
Neath Road Pharmacy is on the market with an asking price of £750,000, plus freehold at valuation.

Both pharmacies hold a close working relationship that remains to this day, and a super-established staff who have been instrumental in growing the business. “It’s now time to downsize the estate and unwind the portfolio of pharmacies, and these two pharmacies, due to their unique positions, we have decided to put for sale either as a whole or as separate entities.”
