Australian pharmacy major Chemist Warehouse is entering the UK market by acquiring stake in some branches of Greenlight Healthcare Limited, Forbes reports.
Its parent company, Sigma has agreed to a pick up 75 percent share in some of Greenlight's 22 pharmacies around London, with Hoxton Street store being a standout location.
Under the partnership, Sigma will supply the Chemist Warehouse brand, intellectual property, and retail expertise, while Greenlight will handle dispensing, professional services, and administrative operations.

Chemist Warehouse already has a presence in China, Dubai, Ireland and New Zealand.
It is Australia’s largest drugstore chain with 553 stores across 412 cities.
